Our Story
Silk & Stone is a family owned and woman operated business. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the founder, Peri, found a relaxing escape in creativity, which eventually progressed into several hobbies that still provide a necessary creative outlet. Due to time restrictions and life commitments, these hobbies stayed hobbies and were often pushed to the sidelines in favour of other responsibilities. Eventually, the dream of spending more time on these hobbies evolved into a dream of hosting a creative community that is passionate about artistry and craftsmanship, and Peri couldn't resist diving head-first into the world of store operation to make that dream a reality.
