Thank you for considering Silk & Stone as a potential home for your products! Our store is located in Kerr Village and offers a bright, welcoming space that celebrates the beauty and spirit of artisanal and meticulously curated work.
Kerr Village is an energetic, welcoming neighbourhood, just a short stroll from downtown Oakville. It is well known for its tree-lined streets, local cafés, boutique shops, and art galleries. The close proximity to downtown brings a steady flow of both local residents and visitors, all seeking out unique high-quality products. Kerr village is the perfect spot for artisans to introduce their work to a diverse, engaged audience who values originality and talent.
We have carefully designed our store to create a relaxed-luxury shopping experience, where your work can be displayed and appreciated by a diverse customer base. We operate on a space rental model, and provide several options for space rentals so you can find the space that best fits your needs. No commission will be taken, you will keep 100% of your earnings!

Our Space Offerings
We currently offer the following space options:
1- Small shelf (~13"Wx13"D) -- $50+HST per month
2- Medium shelf (~24"Wx13"D) -- $75+HST per month
3- Large shelf (~31"Wx15"D) -- $105+HST per month
4- Hanging rod (~31"Wx25"H) -- $160+HST per month
5- Hanging rod (~31"Wx38"H) -- $240+HST per month
5- Hanging rod (~31"Wx53"H) -- $320+HST per month
6- Pop-up space

Our Commitment
We will market your products and handle all sales. We will also absorb any transaction fees associated with your sales.
We offer a free restocking option, which allows you to store overstock items at the store for us to use to restock your rented space when we see that your products are running low.
In addition, we will handle all the expenses associated with running and staffing the store. If you choose the shelf rental model, we will transfer to you 100% of your earnings from sales you make at Silk & Stone on a monthly basis.
Your Commitment
We ask you to do the initial set up of your rented space and keep it well stocked during your stay at Silk & Stone. Due to the nature of our model, we ask for the first and last space rental fee + HST to be paid upfront.
In between, we follow a month-by-month rental model. No term commitment beyond the first and last month! Should you decide to take a break from being a vendor at Silk & Stone, we ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice.
Your initial payment will cover your last month's space rental fee + HST. We also ask that you use your social media to market the products you are selling at Silk & Stone. Together, we can reach more people who share our love for the art of the handmade!
