Turkish Ebru Candle

Inspired by the traditional art of Turkish Ebru, this sculptural candle is made by hand from natural organic beeswax and soy wax. The colourful marbled layer surrounding the white cone is also made entirely from wax, with every pattern created from scratch by hand.

This is one of our more intricate pieces to make, involving multiple steps that simply cannot be rushed or fully replicated by machine. Because of the way each layer is formed and applied, no two candles will ever look exactly the same. The colours, movement, and marbling will vary slightly from piece to piece, making every candle genuinely one of a kind.

Scented and fully burnable, the Turkish Ebru Candle can also be left unlit as a signature decor piece for a shelf, console, coffee table, or entryway. It also makes a thoughtful housewarming gift for someone who appreciates handmade pieces that feel a little different from everything else.

Candle Safety
If burning, always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant, non-flammable candle plate or tray large enough to catch melted wax. Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) before lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets. Do not touch or move the candle while lit or while the wax is still hot. Keep the candle upright and burn only under full adult supervision. Discontinue use if the candle becomes unstable or the flame becomes unusually large.
